Injury Prevention Workshop
with Doctor Aaron Freeland

Join Dr. Aaron Freeland, PT, DPT, CSCS from Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy for an injury prevention workshop and functional movement screening. Participants will leave with a series of five exercises tailored to their needs and a host of helpful information!

About our presenter...
Aaron was born and raised in South Texas. After high school he moved to Bangor, Maine, to pursue his degree in physical therapy. Since completion of his degree, he has been serving the Western Albemarle community treating patients of all ages, from children to older adults. His clinical interests include manual therapy, orthopedic injuries, balance /fall prevention and sports rehabilitation. It is his belief that everyone is an athlete regardless of age or what his or her "sport" of choice may be.
In his down time, he enjoys being outdoors, whether it is hunting, playing golf or attending local events. Most importantly, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and their Bernese mountain dog, Archie.
Aaron graduated from Husson University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. He completed his undergraduate work at Husson University with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology-human movement science. He is a certified direct access provider.
