Chair Exercise

Thursdays at 11 a.m.

This low intensity workout combines functional movement, total body strengthening, balance work and flexibility. The chair is used to enhance the workout with some seated exercises and some standing while using the chair for support or resistance. The whole workout can be modified to a seated position.
