Shoulder Strength and Stability

Learn corrective exercises and stretches to rebalance the muscles of the shoulder girdle. This class will help prevent future rotator cuff injuries, alleviate shoulder pain and help regain shoulder stability for those with mild rotator cuff injuries. The exercises will help restore and maintain optimal functional performance of the shoulders, restoring postural alignment for those who spend hours behind desks and tech devices.
