Join us in the old tavern beneath the Mill Room—the Hearth Room—for an intimate evening of shared plates, storied wines, and old-world hospitality. Barboursville’s Luca Paschina will guide guests through six hand-selected wines, each thoughtfully paired to illuminate a rustic and refined menu from Chef de Cuisine Nikita Sanders.

Smoked and simmered, pickled and preserved, the family-style dishes highlight Virginia’s evolving culinary voice. Expect soulful flavors and spirited conversation. Charred shishito peppers sizzle in the room, ready to be dipped into a smoky red pepper and walnut spread. Coq au vin is passed from hand to hand as Luca shares memories of Piemonte, where his journey in wine began.
