The Mill Room is located in the Main Inn, just down the hall from the front desk. 

Falconry Experience

Discover the ancient “sport of kings” with a falconry lesson offered by our Boar’s Head Outfitters team. Beginners can directly interact with a bird of prey while learning the history and handling techniques of these incredible raptors. For a more immersive adventure, the intermediate lesson takes you onto scenic trails with a Harris Hawk that flies, follows and returns to your gloved hand for a truly unforgettable experience.
