Based out of Central Virginia, Amy Woods discovered her passion for watercolor over two decades ago during a transitional period in her life. What began as a simple watercolor class to pass the time quickly turned into a lifelong pursuit of color, light and expression through painting.

Since then, Amy has taught watercolor workshops across the country and developed a teaching style that is both accessible and inspiring. Her artwork is now carried in retail stores nationwide and reflects a deep appreciation for the beauty of everyday life—gardens, home and nature.
