From Farm to Fine Dining

Harvested in Hanover County, the tomatoes of Village Garden farm have become a staple in local cuisine for their flavor and freshness, and were voted "most delicious in the country" by Food & Wine Magazine.

A Sip of Local Culture

Carefully curated to complement each course, the wines featured in the Summer Supper Somm Tomato Dinner are sourced from distinguished vineyards nestled in the rolling hills surrounding Charlottesville and Boar’s Head Resort. These local selections not only highlight Virginia’s flourishing wine country but also bring out the nuanced flavors of each tomato-inspired dish.
