An evening of culinary artistry awaits in the elegant 1834 Room, where the tomato takes center stage! Part of the Summer Supper Somm series, this five-course dinner highlights the vibrant flavors of summer's most sumptuous fruit. Each course is thoughtfully paired with one of the surrounding region's local wines, elevating every bite. The spotlight ingredient is harvested directly from Village Garden Farm in Hanover County, VA, which has grown to be a chef's choice for delicious, fresh, chemical-free tomatoes.

The menu explores five expressions of the tomato: Essence, Fresh, Smoked, Simmered, and Baked. Optional Virginia wine pairings accompany each course.
Tickets will be available through Resy, with two seating options: a communal table for 30 guests, and 4 semi-private booths for up to four people.
