Food & Beverage

Leading the charge for dining at the resort is our legendary AAA Four Diamond Mill Room Restaurant. With a complete redesign in 2018, this is truly an elegant workplace setting. For a more casual environment, Birdwood Bar & Grill at the golf course serves golfers and local guests. Racquets Fresh Market resides in our bustling Sports Club and provides quick and fresh fare for our members.

The Sports Club

The Sports Club at Boar's Head Resort is the premiere sports and wellness facility in Charlottesville. With multiple tennis and squash courts, a gymnasium, outdoor swimming pools and a vibrant childcare facility, there are several opportunities for employment. Foot traffic at the club tends to increase for the summer months, so this is the perfect spot for seasonal employment.

Hotel Operations

As Charlottesville's premier resort, we reside on 600 rolling acres and take pride in our grounds and the outstanding service we provide to our guests. With such a large footprint, we have multiple career opportunities. Those who prefer the great outdoors will enjoy all of the immaculate grounds keeping work we do. Golf Course

When Davis Love III recreated Birdwood Golf Course in 2019, he left us with an absolute natural treasure, and our grounds-keeping team members are some of the best in the business at keeping the course in immaculate condition. For our valued guests looking to take advantage of this award-winning course, we have a host of pro shop team members and golf professionals for any type of teaching or equipment need.

Wellness & Spa

2021 brought a complete renovation to the Spa at Boar's Head Resort, and that translates to a wonderfully clean and calm work environment for our employees and a renewed sense of peace and relaxation for our guests. We're not a typical strip-mall spa; our facilities are surrounded by nature and reside on the edge of Heritage Lake providing a wonderful place to spend your working days.

Events & Banquets
