Full-Time Fun for Labor Day Weekend in VA
Weekend Events and Activities!
Boar's Head Resort is excited to bring you an activity-filled Labor Day weekend in VA during our Summer Celebration Series. Bring the entire family to our event on The Green on Sunday, August 31. Yard games, food trucks and live music will precede a drone show featuring 200 drones.
Event Ticketing & Stay Packages
There will be an entry fee for this year's event. Tickets are required for entry.
Hotel guests receive complimentary access and are not required to possess tickets. We also have a special stay package exclusively for Labor Day Weekend.
Schedule of Events
- 4 p.m. - Parking lots open; parking passes or dining reservations required for resort entry
- 5 p.m. - Food Trucks and bars open with food and drinks available for purchase for guests of all ages (Vision BBQ, Farmacy, It's Poppin' Time, Boar's Head Food Truck)
- 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. - Face painter and balloon artist
- 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Live music from Lord Nelson
- Approximately 9 p.m. - 200-drone light show
