One of Charlottesville's favorite rites of spring arrives when the Women's Open presented by Har-Tru returns to Boar's Head Resort. This event is open to the general public so stop out to see some of the best women's tennis players in the world. Three of the eight quarterfinalists in this year's Australian Open honed their skills by participating in the Women's Open.
If you've never experienced women's professional tennis, this is your chance, and you'll be amazed how these young ladies combine awesome power with a stroke of finesse as they charm the courts of Boar's Head Sports Club.
Friday-Sunday, we will have our "Fan Fest" as a part of the ticket event with a food truck, drinks and fun activities for the kids!
