Part of the Summer Supper Somm series, this five-course dinner crafted by Chef Jason Butcher highlights the vibrant flavors of summer's most sumptuous fruit. Each course is thoughtfully paired with one of the surrounding region's local wines, elevating every bite. The spotlight ingredient is harvested directly from Village Garden Farm in Hanover County, VA, which has grown to be a chef's choice for delicious, fresh, chemical-free tomatoes.
