Courtney is the Fitness Manager and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been teaching and training since 2009 and maintains several group fitness certifications including Aqua, Barre, Zumba, Kettlebell, and more, but her favorite class to teach is any dance fitness. Personally, and as a trainer, she focuses on maximal strength training and hypertrophy training.
Working with clients throughout her fitness career has cultivated a love for helping people learn how to balance food and exercise and to understand that both can be fun. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education and was formerly a middle school PE teacher and adjunct professor in addition to working in fitness centers.
Her goal is to help people exercise to age well and eat to exercise well.
