Sarah Bright is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and the fitness manager at Boar’s Head Resort. She is a dancer and focuses on building strength and confidence through movement. Sarah specializes in general fitness, strength training, conditioning, balance and flexibility.
Rob Vorhees is an exercise physiologist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. He has extensive experience in strength conditioning for athletes of all ages, pre and post-physical rehabilitation and adult fitness. Rob's area of expertise is identifying and addressing muscular imbalances.
Every person is beautifully unique; therefore, everyone’s workout program should be personalized to what they enjoy. This will ultimately aid in lifelong commitment to exercise and that's Krista's goal for all of her clients. She truly believes fitness not only improves one’s physical health but also emotional and mental health as well.

Vicki Scruggs recently retired from healthcare after 40 years as a nurse. She joined our team at Boar’s Head Resort to pursue her other passion as a certified personal trainer and also serves as our fitness floor attendant. Vicki's focus is strength and balance training for our older population.
A Charlottesville native, David attended Ferrum College where he pursued a Business Administration degree. While working at the fitness center in college, he became more educated about the importance of health and fitness, and after college he began to pursue a career in fitness. Davis has a passion for running and is the director of a local run club. He also stays fit and active by lifting and participating in several other sports.

Nikkita Briones is a certified personal trainer of four years and loves working with her clients to introduce a sustainable fitness routine into their life that allows them to feel strong, healthy and confident. From group fitness to private sessions, she enjoys challenging her clients to push past preconceived limitations and discover the strongest version of themselves.
