Charlottesville Women's Open

April 22 - April 28, 2024


Boar’s Head Resort is proud to host the Women’s Open benefiting Georgia's Friends in Charlottesville, VA. The Women's Open is a Challenger and USTA Pro Circuit event featuring some of the top women's talent in the world. Georgia's Friends serves women in recovery in central Virginia.

The match schedule is set just a few hours before the tournament start date and will be posted to this page. The singles final is Sunday, April 28 at 1 p.m.

Before many players progressed and became stars, they started on the USTA Pro Circuit and developed their games which carried them to the top of the WTA rankings. Danielle Collins, Madison Keys and Jessica Pegula all competed at the Boar's Head Resort Women’s Open. Some other notable players who have competed at this event include Jelena Jankovic (career high #1); Samantha Stosur (career high #4); Anna Kournikova (career high #8); and Dominika Ciblukova (career high #10).

Ticketing Information

Tickets are required to be purchased for the matches to be played April 26, 27 and 28, which includes the singles quarterfinals and doubles semifinals on April 26, the singles semifinals and the doubles final on April 27 and the singles final on April 28. For those three dates, a ticket is required for all guests, except those ages three and under. Admission is free for the earlier event dates.
